TRANSFERS to other seminars can be made at no charge, and must be received one week prior to the seminar date.
SUBSTITUTIONS are permitted.
CANCELLATIONS may be made up to one week before start date of seminar; a $20 service charge will be assessed. No refunds will be issued one week before start date of seminar or for No Shows; all materials will be forwarded to No Shows.
