Circular 230 prescribes and proscribes our behavior before the IRS. These rules enable us to conduct our business while simultaneously assisting our clients and remaining within the rules of proper practice. By studying Circular 230 and paying attention to recent and historical enforcement actions, we will be able to work efficiently and effectively while staying out of the headlines. Learn about the new director of the Office of Professional Responsibility, Stephen Whitlock, and the continuing fallout from the Loving court case. In this interactive course, the entire class shares their experience working with the IRS and helping clients.

This course is offered as an add-on to some of our 1040 Individual Tax Seminars.

All seminars start at 4:45 pm – 6:25 pm
Objective -To familiarize participant with recent developments and/or update to foundation concepts and practical applications in each of the seminars listed above.

All seminars listed above require a basic knowledge of federal tax laws and provide the latest updates for the course topic covered.
Attendee should have one year experience in tax preparation. There are no other prerequisites or advanced preparation required to take these courses.
